This Nomawethu agent in Flycool live chat is useless. She blocked me from being assisted on thier live chat. Nomawethu you are not a nice person. I feel very sorry for other customers that you deal with. You don't deserve to be a customer service agent. Believe me I know what am talking about I have worked live chat customer service for 6 years I've never treated any customers they way you treated me. I understand what is customer service because I'm a customer to and I know what I deserve hence its so easy to treat other people 'customers' good as they deserve. Wena on the other hand you don't know what you are doing. You are not a nice person at all. They should consider removing you from the live chats maybe work at the back off or something. The fact that you even went to an extreme point o blocking me from the live chats is just the pit. Umuncu Sis.
