This is by far the worst company anyone could ever have the displeasure of dealing with. Apart from Mpho, the agent I just spoke to, I am extremely frustrated with this company. After initiating a chat and waiting for over seven hours just to get through to an agent, agents don't even allow you a chance to respond to their first message. They just end the chat without a care for whether your actual issue is resolved or not. They give you the answer they think you need—and they're always wrong! This company embodies poor service! Every month I have some issue with my internet connection, and because there's some stupid monopoly on areas, we're stuck with only one ISP in my area. We can't even move over to a different service provider when we're unhappy.
