There is no way of contacting them beside WhatsApp which is not working i have tried several times on many occasions trying to reach them two ticks for sent and received confirmation but no one read or respond to my messages

There is no way of contacting them beside WhatsApp which is not working i have tried several times on many occasions trying to reach them two ticks for sent and received confirmation but no one read or respond to my messages.this is making me think otherwise i need to pay for my Wi-Fi but if they can't be reached how will i get them if i experience any problem in the future after paying
