THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD

We have gone without internet since Monday this week and have rebooted the system but still nothing

Numerous messages have been sent on their whatsapp line and the last message is ‘’transferring you to a live agent”’ but no one says anything on every attempt since Monday , and its Friday today. Call centre was called and they said they will revert back but to date nothing!!!!!
