The worst service ever

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would definitely do so. I have never experienced such terrible service. Frustration is just an understatement of how I'm feeling. And as for the nonsense tou call 'live chat' you should just cancel it because you don't know the meaning of that. It's been a week trying to change an account to my name, the service was disconnected, I paid now I don't have internet. The account is still not changed to my name so I don't have access to anything. I was told of 2-3 business days. Now I don't have internet and I was told my details could not be 'verified' so I should wait for a live agent, which God knows how long it will take. I can't work and for the fact that I paid, it's just pathetic. 8 should just change to another service provider because I will never tolerate such bad service
