Terrible service from Fly.cool

Fly.cool is the worst ISP in the world no contact center , You only communicate with them via WhatsApp and they will take more than two hours just to respond to a simple text. they end the chats prematurely before responding to the client query . I paid last Monday activation but still don't have internet .

They promised me a callback and up until today I haven't received any call from them. Terrible service from Fly.cool just need my refund .
