Terrible service by Fly.cool. They do not care about customers

Its a month now since I requested Fly.cool to release my line as I want to move ISPs and I still have not had my line released. This is the worst service I have ever received. I literally have to beg Fly.cool to release my line. All the staff is *********** and do not care about customer service. Not sure why Vuma would work with an ISP like this.
