Terrible service

Extremely bad service... been without WiFi for 48hours and what frustrate me more is I'm working from home... given this Whatsapp number that they said it will help if you've got a problem tried it attended by what I assumed it was a consultant by the name of Rahab Kgasibe very rude and unprofessional took her own time before she could attend to my request eventually she answered me emoji signs...I really feel that this service is run by ematured who doesn't care about their customers but only care about payment at the end of the month...some consultant when you speak to them online they will reassure you and even letting you know that they still busy with your problem but this Rahab Kgasibe just left me hanging and when I asked her she said to me she can only do one thing at the time with the emoji sign very upset and frustrated will never recommend their service to anyone....their service is terrible.
