terrible customer service

This company is the worst service provider in telecommunications industry. I have asked them several times to resolve my internet issue but they don't seem to care about about client experience. as we speak i have not been having connection from Monday and worse still their speed is the lowest. Im not getting the service i was promised when opting for them.

all they care about is collecting the monthly instalment without giving any service. i have a query almost a month old lying there unresolved
