I would like give a huge shout out to Tarriq from the Fly.cool team. Such a reliable guy. He went way beyond the call of duty to sort out my fibre issues. Even went so far as to come to my home and offered me his personal pocket router so that I can have Internet while waiting on fault to be resolved. And thus over a weekend. I can only give praise to Tarriq. Excellent service, friendly and understanding. Fly.cool should give him a raise or a bonus of some sort. Thank you so much Tarriq.
