Subscription cancelled without my knowledge , full amount paid and ****** of my money!!!!
Your company is a ****!!! Your agents are ****s !!! You guys ***** money from people and never provide a good service !!! You’re a ***** back door company that lies , you debited my money and still failed to provide me with internet, I’ve been struggling without internet while all your agents are telling me about a finance department that doesn’t even exist , I’ve been told that an order has been placed for me and my internet will be active and now it’s been 8 days of waiting !! Your agents ignore our messages and calls !!! I want my full refund !! You guys are going to lose customers for as long as this company is still doing this to people who are trying to make a living using these services !!! GOOD PEOPLE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ****MERS !!!!!!!

He’s been lying to me telling me that he’s talking to the finance department to reconnect my internet but nothing has been done , what is it that they are discussing with the finance department that has to take more than 8 days to fix ??? Everyday I’m being told stories !!!! You guys are not bothered even when we send queries, you’re a false company and I wish your company falls and runs out of business because you’re messing with people and robbing them of their monies !!!

Your superior called SAMUEL is a ****mer !! He’s been lying to me telling me that he’s talking to the finance department to reconnect my internet but nothing has been done , what is it that they are discussing with the finance department that has to take more than 8 days to fix ??? 22 Nov 2025, 04:42Why are you guys cancelling peoples subscriptions and failing to even notify them at least via email , that you had a system glitch and you’re working on fixing it ??? You’re ignoring our messages and queries , I’ve been trying to get ahold of you for more than 8 days nothing has been done , they asked for. 48 hours and I patiently waited for that 48 hours then SAMUEL asked for another 72 hours excluding weekend ?? I must wait again ? The month is over now you guys have been playing cat and mouse with me everyday with different agents !?? Please fix my internet or give me my full refund !
