STAY AWAY FROM FLY.COOL

I'm without internet for going onto 3 weeks now. There is NO way of contacting them for logging tickets etc. I whatsapp, a bot speaks to me and when I get transferred to a live agent, nothing but crickets. I end up emailing for cancelling, that also gets ignored for two days, two days later they get my request wrong, they don't cancel. They log a ticket, what for I don't know as I don't provide any detail in the email, at this stage I have accepted the fact that fly.cool is a Mickey Mouse set up and I just want to cancel and move on. EVEN CANCELLING is a battle, no help, no way to exit, my hands are tied. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GUYS - DO NOT SIGN UP WITH FLY.COOL (i mean - The name itself had to be my red flag!)
