Staff that lies and no Internet

My internet is down again. One of my friends that lives in my area, a few blocks away is supp**** by your company. What I find strange is that he is still connected to his internet, while my internet is down. It's been off the entire day.

What is sad is that I had the same issue a few months ago, it took 15 days roughly to have my internet restored.

What makes things sadder, is that one of your advisors lies to me, sends me an email response to advise that my internet is restored but that is clearly not the case. My internet is still down, it never was restored today.

I need to understand why false information is given to me. I need to understand why your WhatsApp number does not work as I get no automated response, as though I am blocked by your staff. I need to understand why my internet is down. I have a loss of signal light flashing red, please fix this.

I will delete all my bad reviews if you can fix this for me, but do not take your time, emphasis on do not take your time. DO NOT, as I feel your staff have selective reading impairment.
