Shawn from Fly.cool Excellent customer service /care

I had plenty issues with my Fibre installation because of an in flight installation that was pending... Spoke to Webafrica and vumatel they couldn't help me for some reason... Don't know how those sales assistants go the jobs but anyway...I finally got referred to Fly.cool through a family member and the guy that helped me was absolutely fantastic, very professional and he knows a lot about his work... His customers service is 5 stars and he gave me a 120% effort to helping me solve the issue I had... I'd Like to thank you so much Shawn from fly.cool I really appreciate all the efforts and hard work you put in to making me a very happy customer....
