**** Service

The ****piest service I've ever received. If there was a -0 option i would of selected that. Message after messages and just no response and when Fly Cool does eventually get back to you, it's days later. You make a payment but dont get connected. Not to mention due to them not doing their jobs properly you as a client get charged with bank fees because fly cool wants to debit your bank account way before the time, on more than one occasion. Leave you with that expense and then politely just advise you to wait till that contract expires and simply just take another one. Which obviously leaves you without internet for longer than a month and extremely displeased. Then the nightmare starts all over again trying to get reconnected due to lack of communication from Fly cool's side but they take your money
