Refund request falling on deaf ears. Emails not responded to!!

I have been requesting my refund since May 2024 and I was told that it takes 30 to 45 days to be refunded. We are now in July going to August and I still haven't received my refund and what is even more frustrating is that they no longer respond to my follow up emails. I was even considering cancelling the refund and schedule an installation rather but with this kind of service I receive, I wouldn't want them to be my service provider, they have clearly shown me that they don't care about.

Can I kindly have my money back since it was your installers that couldn't/ refused do the job!
