Refund

I have had such a bad experience with this people. First they sign me up, I make payment and I wait for installation. People show up for installation, but somehow there was aninfrastructure problem. I wait for more, than 3 weeks for them to get back to me, but nothing. I eventually phone them in asking what the actual problem is, nobody can answer me except for that it is an infrastructure problem and that they don't know how long it's gonna last and when they'll be able to fix it. I chatted to the bot and eventually an agent also contacted me (after waiting 2/3 days to actually speak to one) I requested a refund, the agent said it'll take 30-40 days for the refund to reflect, up until today I'm still waiting for my refund and no one is even attempting to get in contact with me. I requested the refund on the 10 July 2024 and I haven't received my refund. This is ****ing ridiculous and irritating.
