Putrit non existent customer service

I come home from work and my wifi was off. I tried fly.cools website live chat and their whatsap no and i had to hold on for more than an hour and still my problem isnt resolved. Why have these connectivity platforns if its useless to your customers. Automated responses dont work as their response remains repetitive. Flycool provides service to thousands of customers in Cape Town that i know of. Their level of customer service is absolutely putrit.
