Price increase without announcement

I really don’t understand how flycool runs its company without communicating to customers. Tell me why I was not informed of the price increase that recent transpired,I noticed in December as I was trying to make my monthly payment of R249 that’s when I realised the price has changed to R295 well I thought they sent an email to the alternative email I had provided but nothing.

How are we supposed to keep supporting Vumatel Fly.Cool if this is how customers are treated,do yall understand that most people budget monthly so when yall increase prices when it suits you as if yall the people paying it how does that work??

You get into the Banking App with hopes of making an exact payment monthly only to find out you have to stretch your budget to accomodate Fly.Cool,this is very *********** and thoughtful for a company that’s supposed to cater to the clients needs.
