Poor Support and Endless Delays

My experience with fly.cool has been incredibly frustrating. Communication is almost nonexistent, emails go unanswered, WhatsApp responses come very late (if at all), and there’s no contact number to actually speak to someone.

At this point, you end up relying on the bare minimum updates from their channels, which just isn’t good enough. The lack of responsiveness and support makes the whole experience feel like a complete mess.

Really disappointing service.
