POOR SERVICE!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service I've received. On October 6th, 2024, I made a payment for my internet service. Despite the payment being successful, my internet has not been restored, and I have been dealing with delays and lack of support for over a week its now Friday and the service is useless! no regard!

I’ve received multiple reference numbers, had an agent visit, and was promised a resolution, yet nothing has changed. Despite numerous follow-ups, no manager has contacted me, and my internet still shows NO INTERNET CONNECTION.
