Poor service
Most terrible service I have ever experienced. I have had the LOS light flashing for two days and got no response. Their WhatsApp chat is absolutely useless. You will never get a reply there and there is no other way to contact them. So Im Basically with a Fibre line that's down and I can't do anything about it. Fly. Cool is a really bad isp. Would never recommend them
