Poor Service
Internet has been down from whole day Thursday and Friday. Been trying to send email and WhatsApp comms and i waited for an hour where i was told i was going to be transferred to an agent at18:57 and till now the chat never continued. Internet is still down and we can only speak to BOT system on WhatsApp
