Poor service

Coming back here since it's the only way I could possible get assistance. Firstly, your customer support is extremely poor, I don't know why you say you guys operate on weekends knowing very well we won't get assisted or even answered. I paid my wifi yesterday morning and I still don't have internet. What also bothers me is that I already paid for these services, I don't know why I am not connected. It's an inconvenience on my side as I work from home and not being able to use what I paid for is unacceptable. I have sent countless emails, messages on Whatsapp and also used your websites chatbox and I haven't gotten any responses.
