Poor service and support

My internet service is off since yesterday early evening. You can’t contact flycool, only WhatsApp or email. No response. I work from home and depend on their services and support, but nothing. Services and support is pathetic really. They don’t communicate if there is a technical problem or something.

Please work on your services and resolve the problem immediately.
