Poor service

Extremely appalling service. Only signed up yesterday and made payment, password not sent through. I've been trying to reachout but no response both whatsapp and live chat. This is very frustrating given that a payment has already been done, it would have been better if someone was responding to us so we know whats happening, rather than not saying anything at all.

I've been using Vuma (web africa) for a very long time and not once I had to wait this long for someone to respond to me. Might as well just disconnect me and refund my money, I no longer trust you.
