Poor service

I have been sending messages on their whatsup number *** since January still no joy as that is their only contact number which is always unavailable. I have been requesting debit order up until today no one has contacted me . Even the sales person no joy. The service is pathetic. Emails no respond as well. I don't know what do anymore . I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
