Poor service

I am greatly disappointed as we had made a payment of R389 for the installation of the fibre connection on 1 July 2024.

After this payment was done, the connection was not made and in August we had then requested for a refund. It has now been a timeframe of 4 months where the refund has still not been processed. Very unprofessional

This is such a disappointing experience and seems like a ****. I’d really just like my long overdue refund as this is unacceptable especially since no one has gotten back to me with an update in the matter!!!
