Poor pathetic service that takes people's monies

I paid on the 28th of October for wifi they took my money knowing that their system shows that my address already has an active router. I've been calling ,texting ,emailing and to no support or communication I eventually asked for a refund now they telling me I must wait 30 days to get my money back when they falsely led me to purchase something that they knew I'll never receive . They have poor pathetic service never support them and vuma. They not even answering my texts
