Poor customer service?? No, there is no customer service at all!

Fly.cool's communication sucks!!!!

There is absolutely no customer service, nothing at all. No reply to emails and no reply to Whatsapp. I regret the day I signed up with Fly.cool. I should have just gone with Afrihost. Is there anyone that can tell me how to move my fibre line from Fly.cool to Afrihost? It will be highly appreciated. I am tired of this terrible customer service.
