Poor Customer Service from Fly.Cool

I hope some owl who is looking to get Vuma Reach Fibre sees this before the consider this ISP. Very *********** agents, they don’t have customer number, the number they have is some guy who will not answer your calls or WhatsApp. If you log a request via mail, each response you get is a different person and you will go around in circle and nothing will be done. Their customer portal is a ghost town, it’s like they hosted a website and called it a day, it’s unattended, you will log a support ticket and a month will pass without getting any feedback…

Don’t apply for fibre with this ISP, I know their prices are low, but Don’t!!!
