Poor customer service

I had a issue with my line for almost 2 weeks.I am so frustrated by the pathetic service delivery that you guys have to offer. The other the technician came to my house without informing me that they will be visiting my place and it was a public holiday. So I informed the guy i will be at home on Monday. The guy later goes on a logs that the fault has been fixed and everything is working. This is really unacceptable. Bunch of ****s... I don't recommend anyone using their services. If you have an issue you must log it today to hopefully get response tomorrow!!!!!
