Poor customer service

Hi there

I been trying to get a hold of customer service from Saturday but no luck. Whatsapp message not read and calls goes straight to voice-mail.

I have contacted vumatel but they said I must contact you guys regarding my wifi connection.

Can someone please respond to me. I have sent am email to you guys regarding my problem but I think the agent Ayanda didn't even read my email because she rep**** stating payment method. It's a Joke because I have already done payment and still my wifi is not connected.

I have been running in circles between Vumatel and Fly.cool seems to be very unprofessional and disappointing to have no wifi for 3days now
