PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING FLYCOOL WIFI
Ive been waiting 3 hours for someone to attend to me since 09h30 this morning and it still remains hang in there, nearly there, still finding an agent and its a busy day today. I take my hat off to flycool wifi service they coninue to prove themselves absolutely useless, hopeless and utterly of no customer value. its been an hour and a half Still finding you an agent... wow Still finding you an agent... anyone yet Still finding you an agent... still nobody ....wow ive been holding and nearly there for 3 hours It's a busy day today! Please bear with us! it cant take you 3 hours to speak to your customer Hang on we're nearly there...

02 Aug 2024, 17:37Im still struggling to pay my account my services was suspended today. I cannot believe ita this difficult to get a hold of you and pay my account. And without my connection i cant work or enjoy my entertainement. But the funniest of all is me trying to pay for 2 consecutive days and my services get suspended. If 1 of your agents responded on either live chat or email this whole mess couldve been avoided
