Platinum grade poor service.
Yet again i find myself having to give a negative review due to deplorable services provided by Fly cool. I've been having trouble logging into my wifi router link 192.168.18.1 in order to change my username and password. Its been two weeks of trying to get a hold of Fly cool with no luck. Neither their AI assistant nor sending an email has helped, with the latter having not rep**** to me at all.
PS: If you're looking for ISP that does not care about it's customers and gives you nothing but headaches (at a monthly fee of course), then Fly Cool is for you.

Please accept our sincere apologies. It is very unfortunate that you have had to go through this unpleasant experience
You will need to log into the routers web interface,
Under your router will have the web based interface IP address, type it out to your browser while being connected to your Wi-Fi.
The page will in most cases be called epuser,
The username and password will also be below the IP address, fill in those details and login.
From there you will select fast settings
Then change username and password and select next
Skip the next step as it changes the interface password
Return to homepage
Password change successfully
Make sure you reboot the router for 5 minutes after to sync the new credentials.
If you cannot see the IP address and password, please use the following to login
192.168.18.1
Username: Epuser
Password: userEp
