Payment reversal.. Fly.cool agents are uselessISP

Good kindly assist as we took fibre with vuma we been offline since last month on the 15 till today no internet we been chatting on WhatsApp almost everyday tickets are logged and closed with no resolution.. Kindly assist Asap. We been told to reboot and told that everything shows connected on your side but still nothing.. Only today that i get a call from fly.cool that my account is with SAD no them but they gave me payment details to pay but now they said i payed for someone else account which I dont understand.. So now they said i need to call SAD for help
