Payment due date
Good day
Can you please assist me, Iam using Vuma Wi-Fi, so in December 2024 have made payment on the 22 December because we did get our salary early at work. Then now in January 2025 i have to make payment on the 25 January as my due date is the 25 of every month, and today my Wi-Fi is disconnected and the 25 is tomorrow. Please assist i want to know why is disconnected before due date. and we they don't have a contact number to contact them. It is difficult to contact them. My contact number: ***

Since you are on a Prepaid payment method you have no specific payment date as you can decide whenever you want to make payment. However, our contracts are based on a 30 day run. So when you make payment on the 25th, your next payment is due on the 24th.
