Pathetic Service

I find myself on Hello Peter for the 2nd time in less than a month because there is no winning with Fly cool. I have been requesting an invoice for the past 2 weeks and nothing. Every time I follow up I get the same feedback about finance being closed and this is escalated but nothing.

Yesterday I was told I will have it via email today and I still do not have this.

I need my Invoice ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
