Pathetic service and customer experience

I lost my internet connection Saturday, it is now Wednesday. I work remotely so internet connection is essential to my work. I have not been assisted, no one has reached out to Me and communicated the issue and estimated time of resolution. At this point I will take my business elsewhere because your service is just abhorrent. You are just pathetic
