Pathetic service

Pathetic service. No connectivity since Wednesday 27 July, call has been logged and issue still not resolved. I am being told it is a fibre problem in the area which is laughable as every one else you Vuma is connected. I was told the issue would be resolved between 24-48 hours. Guess what 48 hours have passed when I contacted them again I was again told a ticket has been created and escalated and will be resolved 24-48 hours. They need to stop copying and paste, the company is a joke.
