Pathetic customer service from fly cool

The worst customer service to ever exist. I had no connection for a week. No follow ups from them.no calls. No emails. If you don't ask, they don't update you. No response from their whatsapp line, IG, Facebook or Twitter. Pathetic. I do NOT recommend
