Pathetic company

I signed up yesterday for fly cool and my and our street numbers have changed. when the schedullers called me to confirm the installation and address told them that our street numbers have changed but not the street names. the agent was arrogant and did not give me a chance to explain to her properly that we do have coverage in our street. She said it had to go back to Vumatel my request and i have already signed up and paid. not happy about this cos the obly difference is the house number but the street address is the same. i would have directed the technicians when called me for the installation as it would still be in the same street.
