Fly.****, that is what I would call them. My experience dealing with Fly.cool for me they are not cool at all, they are horrible and biggest bulls**** under false pretenses. I was sent 3 different paylinks, to pay that a law abiding citizen do and pay, due to the incompetence of certain individuals no one can find the payments that was made. They find It is appropriate for me to pay 3 times for the internet network and still no activation. payments was made on the 6th, 389, 7th 799 and 10th 499. It is 21 days later and still no connection. I have spoken to various consultants/ Bots with no clear answer. I am running a business from home and needs internet. For this 3 weeks due to Fly.Cool ignorance it cost me thousands of rands to buy airtime continuously. Only stupid answer we get it is escaled will take 24-48 hours, currently we are more than 500 hours
