Paid for wifi instal...

Paid for wifi installation on the 05/05/2024 only to find out that there is no infrastructure in our area, was told after making payment they have installed a poll in the yard promised to come back with no updates.. We need refund and they must cancel the application so we can apply somewere..was told that refund takes a month so it's over a month no refund is paid to us, if possible they can transfer our application to Vuma..
