Not cool at all

This is definitely the worst internet I've ever used. It always disconnects. After many failed attempts it would connect and then immediately disconnect. It is the most frustrating experience, while monthly they expect payment. It doesn't matter what you're doing surfing, watching YouTube or gaming.. this connection will disappoint you. They are a Vuma service provider, but I've used Vuma with Afrihost and all was good. But Fly.cool oh what bottleneck.
