Nonsensical service

I have been offline for 3 weeks . The last time I got a response on Watsapp was 2 weeks ago when I was requested to reboot for 20 minutes which never worked . I am thereafter inundated with unresponded texts. I am fed up and have gotten hold of Another service whilst trying to reach you. I offer professional services and cannot really afford such on my business too. In the meantime I have to buy Vodacom data to keep up. You cannot run this big service on Watsapp , this is really a big joke , if I knew before I would have never signed . I need you to remove this nonsense from my house , I will try another service provider .
