No service when internet is down

The worst aftercare service I have ever come across. No correspondence letting your customers know that the internet is down. Your robotic whatsapp line is the equivalent of a long drop toilet! Absolutely the same as walking to the john and finding no toilet roll after sitting down. I can't wait for Open Serve to start servicing our area and believe me when I tell you.... im gonna be gone
