No reply on any Queries that are sent to Vuma

Vuma does not respond to any queries I've been sending emails but no response I've been sending emails for assistance about a proper payment date but I have not gotten any response from them. I tried contacting them on their whatsapp number but I have not gotten any help there is no Number provided where you can get hold of them and they do not reply to any of the emails I have sent.
