No network
No network since yesterday until now, Im not able to work or do anything this is sad and unacceptable, we moved from RAIN thinking we would get something better but now we back at it again, the contact numbers are never ever avail and no response on email or whatsapp

30 Jul 2022, 13:31Still no hope, I didn't know I'd feel this way, I though by having vumatel it would make life easier. I'm without wifi since Wednesday, today is Saturday 😔 no one has called me, I've been speaking to agents on a bot because Vuma doesn't have contact numbers and fly cool operates with a boy, this is unacceptable who works like this, a technician came out and told us that it's not the router that's giving problems it's the wiring outside, up until now no luck I'm saddened by this because I work from home
