No internet problem
I have no internet and I'm waiting for a live agent I done everything Zoe told me and this is the 2nd time that this service provider does this they have the worst customer service

26 Dec 2025, 15:03This is the worst customer service I have received from fly cool they sale agent Sam decided to answer me after I have been waiting the whole day.... Sam just decided to to end our live chat and tell me I must wit for 24 hours to 72 hours as if they will give me my 24 hours back or as if they give me grace for 72 hours after my day I need to pay them ....fly cool your sale agents doesn't know what is customer service
